User Agreement

This website is operated by Dongguan Yaoshun Technology Co., Ltd. for B2B communication, product reference, quotation requests, sample planning, factory review, and OEM/ODM cooperation discussions.

By accessing the website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or contacting us through a landing page, you agree to this User Agreement and the related Privacy Policy.

The website is intended for adult business visitors, procurement teams, distributors, and brand owners. You should be authorized to submit company, contact, product, drawing, sample, target-market, and shipment information on behalf of your organization.

You must not submit false leads, spam, unlawful product requests, counterfeit projects, sensitive personal data, children's personal data, payment card details, health data, or protected-category information.

Product photos, specifications, materials, MOQ references, lead-time ranges, certification references, prices, website content, and landing-page descriptions are provided for general business evaluation only.

Final specifications, prices, payment terms, samples, tooling, packaging, testing scope, delivery timing, and compliance documents must be confirmed in written quotations, pro forma invoices, purchase orders, or signed agreements.

Some visitors may arrive through Google Ads or other paid placements. Landing pages may use analytics, campaign parameters, conversion tracking, and lead-measurement events to understand advertising performance.

The collection and use of website, form, cookie, analytics, and advertising measurement data are explained in the Privacy Policy. Where consent is required, related processing may depend on your consent choices.

Advertising text, landing-page examples, first-response targets, and automatic form confirmations do not create a final quote, delivery promise, certification guarantee, or sales contract.

Yaoshun handles OEM/ODM and B2B export orders. Shipping methods, loading port, freight cost, trade terms, delivery timing, inspection, and documents are confirmed in the written quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, or contract for each project.

Returns, replacements, refunds, or other after-sales remedies are not automatic retail returns. They must be agreed in the project documents or confirmed by Yaoshun in writing, especially for customized goods, samples, packaging, or bulk production.
