Refund / Return Policy

How Yaoshun handles B2B custom-order cancellations, returns, replacements, refunds, defect review, and after-sales support.

1. B2B And Custom-Order Scope

This policy applies to B2B inquiries, samples, OEM/ODM projects, customized toy products, packaging projects, tooling-related work, and bulk manufacturing orders handled by Dongguan Yaoshun Technology Co., Ltd.

Because most projects are made or prepared according to buyer specifications, final return, replacement, refund, warranty, and after-sales terms are confirmed in the written quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, quality agreement, or signed contract for each project.

2. No Unconditional Returns For Custom Goods

Customized products, private-label packaging, buyer-specific colors, tooling, samples, printed materials, and bulk orders are not eligible for unconditional or no-reason returns after written confirmation, sampling, tooling, material preparation, printing, or production begins.

Cancellation or change requests may create costs for materials, tooling, labor, printing, testing, storage, or logistics. Any refund or credit for an approved cancellation is reviewed case by case against work already completed and costs already incurred.

3. Quality Claims And Inspection Window

Buyers should inspect samples and delivered goods promptly after receipt. Unless project documents state another period, visible shortage, damage, wrong item, packaging error, or manufacturing-defect claims should be reported within 30 calendar days after receipt.

A claim should include order information, photos or videos, affected quantity, carton or batch information where available, and a clear description of the issue. Yaoshun may request additional evidence or arrange third-party review when needed.

4. Remedies For Confirmed Issues

For issues confirmed as Yaoshun manufacturing or packing responsibility, remedies may include repair guidance, replacement parts, rework, replacement goods, credit toward a future order, or partial refund. The appropriate remedy depends on defect type, affected quantity, shipment status, customization level, and project documents.

Returns of physical goods require written authorization from Yaoshun before shipment back. Unauthorized returns, freight collect returns, or returns sent to an unconfirmed address may be refused.

5. Warranty And Parts Support

Unless a project-specific warranty is stated in writing, Yaoshun provides commercially reasonable after-sales support for confirmed manufacturing issues reported within the inspection window. For long-term or repeated-order projects, spare parts, replacement components, or warranty periods can be agreed in the project documents.

Warranty or after-sales support does not cover misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, storage damage, buyer-provided design defects, carrier-caused damage, or issues caused by use outside confirmed specifications.

6. Shipping, Refund Method And Contact

Shipping responsibility, freight cost, insurance, customs duties, and risk transfer follow the trade terms confirmed in the written project documents. Refunds, when approved, are normally returned through the original payment path or handled as written credit between the parties.
