Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a manufacturer with our own production base in Dongguan, Guangdong, and we also provide export coordination for overseas buyers. Customers can work with one team for development, production, inspection, and shipment follow-up.
What product categories and plastic capabilities do you support?
Our core focus is educational toys, interlocking building toys, DIY assembly toys, custom plastic products, precision injection-molded parts, PVC/PU/ABS/PC/nylon tubing, and custom profiles. We can also support matching structural parts, accessory kits, and selected AI toy plastic electronic housings.
Can you support OEM/ODM projects and in-house mold development?
Yes. We support drawing-based or sample-based processing, in-house mold development, structural refinement, material selection, packaging customization, and pilot sampling for OEM/ODM programs.
Can you accept small-batch trial orders and what is your normal lead time?
Yes. We can start with samples or small-batch trial orders for feasibility review. Normal lead time is often around 7 to 15 days after project details are confirmed, while exact timing depends on tooling, quantity, finishing, and packaging requirements.
How do you control quality and compliance?
Quality control starts with raw material verification and continues through in-process sampling, dimensional checks, automated inspection, assembly review, and final outgoing inspection. We can also coordinate third-party reports and material compliance files such as RoHS and REACH when the project requires them.
Can you provide third-party reports or export documentation?
Yes. We can help organize project-related testing records, third-party reports, packing lists, invoices, and other export coordination documents needed for buyer filing and shipment preparation.
Can you support medical-grade or food-contact tubing projects?
Yes. For suitable plastic tubing projects, our cleaner-production workflow can support medical-grade or food-contact related development discussions. Final material routes and compliance scope are always confirmed case by case.
How fast can you reply to inquiries?
Most first replies are sent within 24 hours. If you share drawings, samples, target market, quantity plan, and packaging expectations, we can usually provide a more practical first-step recommendation faster.
What are your payment terms?
For mass production, our common term is T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment for the first order, or against copy of B/L as agreed.
Can you handle LCL shipment or consolidation with other suppliers?
Yes, consolidation is acceptable. Extra charges may apply for loading from different locations. If other suppliers ship under EXW terms, local FOB and shared trucking costs will be added based on volume.
Can I create a Trade Assurance order with you on Alibaba?
Yes. We can create Trade Assurance orders on Alibaba, including for sample fees when needed.
Where is your loading port?
Our main loading port is Shenzhen Port.
How can I get samples?
Please tell us the product number or item you want, and we will prepare a sample quotation or sample invoice for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, cash, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Alibaba Trade Assurance, and PayPal for sample fees.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We support sea freight, air freight, and express delivery such as DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, and ePacket.
